Title I Education

Title I, Part A, of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) provides essential financial assistance through Title I funding to local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools that serve high numbers of children from low-income families, supporting academic standards and encouraging parent involvement in education.

Purpose

The purpose of Title I funding is to help eligible children meet the state's academic standards through various supplemental programs. These include instructional services, instructional support services, school-wide reform efforts, and fostering increased parent involvement in education, ensuring that families play an active role in their children's learning.

Title I Strategies for Learning

Classroom Intervention is essential for supporting academic standards, particularly during Summer School programs. Parent involvement in education is crucial, and our Title I Parental Involvement Plan aims to enhance this engagement through Title I funding.
