Liberty Leadership Academy, a prominent leadership academy in Arizona, is the brainchild of Director Rachel Dubien, who also founded Liberty Performing Arts in Cottonwood in 2013. In addition to her extensive experience in teaching dance, Rachel is a seasoned elementary-school teacher. She firmly believes that enhancing an academically rigorous curriculum with performing arts at schools in Cottonwood, AZ, will significantly boost both academic success and leadership skills.

What sets Liberty Leadership Academy apart from other schools in Cottonwood, AZ, is our focus as a performing arts-based charter school. At Liberty Leadership, students engage in learning through music and movement, acquiring essential skills by acting out lessons or dancing to thematic songs. Our dedicated teachers enhance and reinforce academic concepts with the art of performing. Daily, students at Liberty Performing Arts participate in a variety of classes, including dance, TKD, music, and sign language.
Additionally, LLA students have the unique opportunity to showcase their skills through four quarterly community performances. These events allow family and friends to witness the students' learning in action and to support the vibrant performing arts community. You can view our past performances here.
